It’s time to introduce you the next part of our great QuickStart workshop, where Android beginners will have opportunity to learn more about the platform features and practice live coding. This module is dedicated to working with network, data, background data, server and API. Our Android developer Sasha Tereschuk will host this part of the training:
For maximizing usefulness from my part of the workshop, theory will take not more than 10-15 minutes. Then I’m going start with the practical task, combining it with the explanation and questions answers.
At the end of my presentation, participants will work on developing an app, already connected to the server. App features won’t be that complicated: just currency rates graph for a period of a month.
Our automatic tests on server will check application integrity and range the participants performance.
I believe our open-minded workshop approach would inspire more developers start working with Android.
We wish Sasha to share his knowledge and experience with the same efficacy as he’s developing mobile applications. Come and see our QuickStart Workshop at international conference!
