Challenge
Wynn turned to our team to create an essential hotel app, which would include an array of booking options, guest services, and serve as a universal digital booklet for the resort. The app needed to be simple and user-friendly while still managing to extend the resort’s brand to mobile.
Solution
Using our approach that combines custom software development and a low-code mobile app platform, we created an app that allows guests to book rooms, restaurant tables, and other locations in a few clicks. From entertainment to wedding planning to shopping on the resort’s grounds, the app informs the guests on every aspect of Wynn’s hotel experience. The Wynn app also has an interactive map as well as a news section with various content, like the resort’s magazine.
Impact
The Wynn app was well-received by the guests and had become an integral part of the legendary resort’s brand of comfort and experience. Wynn have started cooperating with Intellectsoft in 2010 and our partnership continues to this day.
