Dev&mark lab

Find a useful
starting point for AI.

Five questions to organize a first pilot conversation. This checklist runs locally in your browser and does not send your answers to Dev&mark.

AI readiness checklist

Before the pilot,
make the essentials clear.

Is there a defined task and an accountable owner?

A bounded task is easier to evaluate than a broad ambition to adopt AI.

Is relevant information available with permission to use it?

Data access and quality shape what a pilot can realistically test.

Can you compare the pilot with the current process?

A baseline makes the next decision more meaningful.

Have you identified what needs human review?

Review and fallback paths belong in the workflow design.

Is someone responsible for operating the workflow after the pilot?

Updates, costs and exception handling need an owner.

Use the result

What this checklist tells you.

The result highlights preparation gaps; it does not predict project success, determine regulatory compliance or recommend a particular model.

Bring the task, available information and unresolved questions to a project conversation. A decision to improve a process or use an existing tool can be as useful as a new AI build.
